THE DELIVERY

Delivery is free from 49 € of purchase (total amount of the basket appearing at the bottom of the order summary page, after deduction of any possible commercial discount, vouchers, promotional code and Artisanat-Shop gift card included) .
The Customer is required to check the condition of the items delivered.
Any anomaly concerning the items (damage, item missing from the order form, damaged or open package, broken item, etc.) must be indicated within 3 days of delivery.
Any open, incomplete package and / or any damaged item must not be accepted by the Customer. The Customer will inform Babouchestore.fr of the problem encountered.

RIGHT TO RETRACT
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days of receipt of the product. Refund

Exchange order shipment
The exchange order will be shipped within 48 hours of returning the returned items to stock.
